Team Training Program: $149/Month for 4 Days/Week

Studies have shown that people with a strong support system are less likely to miss sessions and are more likely to stick with their fitness and nutrition plan. What could be more fun than working out with like-minded people, with the added the support of a fitness coach? Clients will follow the same plan but the PEAK difference is: we design our Team Training programs based upon the most common muscle imbalances, giving you a science based strength and conditioning program. Our plans are balanced which gives you a balanced body. Classes are still limited to a group size no larger than 12.

*Before hitting the floor, you will have the option to take our proven Triple B Method program. This class concentrates on the importance of proper Breathing, Balance (body positioning, muscle recruitment) and Build (how to properly execute specific movements). This one month long class is offered online for $297 but will be offered in-house for the same price as one month of Team Training.
