Team Training:

$159/4 weeks

Studies have shown that people with a strong support system are less likely to miss sessions and are more likely to stick with their fitness and nutrition plan. Join your friends up to 4 times/week for a variety of workouts. Clients will follow the same plan but the PEAK difference is: we design our Team Training programs based upon the most common muscle imbalances, giving you a science based strength and conditioning program.

Yoga Class: (Free to TEAM TRAINING clients)

An inclusive environment, with a focus on learning the fundamentals of alignment and understanding your body from the ground up. We will build strength and flexibility - with a focus to compliment your existing workout routines.

Flexibility or prior experience is not required, I will cue throughout class and help you with safe alignment.

This practice is really about helping you elevate your existing strength and train your body in different ways - especially to help avoid injury. Yoga is one of the best ways to learn about the structure of your body and how to use it to maximize output.

Express Sesh: $99/4 weeks

Want to get your workout done in 30 minutes? EASY WORK! Our “Express Sesh” will get you in and out covering a full body workout! 30 minutes is all you need for:

  • Weight loss
  • Better sleep
  • Mood enhancement
  • Increased energy
  • Improved memory
  • Reduced stress
  • Mental health
  • and a strengthened Immune system.

Meno-Play Program: $259/4weeks

This semi-private class is programmed for Menopausal women and offers up to 4 classes/week. Two are strength based, one is cardio based, and one for yoga.

Fact: Peri-menopause generally starts between the ages of 36-45 and usually lasts between 4-6 years but can go up to 10 years.

Small Group Personal Training: $329/4 weeks

Small Group Personal Training includes all the perks of a 1:1 personal client plus the camaraderie and affordability of working in a small group. You still receive individual attention, accountability, and custom program design, plus it's a great way to spend positive time with friends, family or to meet new friends! Clients will work together 2 days/week on their individual programs. For an additional $100/4 weeks you may also attend up to 3 classes in our team training setting
