Team Training:
$159/4 weeks
Studies have shown that people with a strong support system are less likely to miss sessions and are more likely to stick with their fitness and nutrition plan. Join your friends for a variety of workouts. Clients will follow the same plan but the PEAK difference is: we design our Team Training programs based upon the most common muscle imbalances, giving you a science based strength and conditioning program.

ME Time
Yes, the ME is about you! It also stands for M.uscle E.ndurance training, which is a full-body workout using barbells and other equipment to burn calories, shape up and tone up your body. It will also increase your core strength.

Circuit Training
This is how we add variety & fun to the lift. The session is split up into groups with different movements in each. Within that group of movements you’ll have a certain amount of time to get as many rounds as you can. You’ll get a full body of work focused on strength, cardio, and fun!

HIIT Training
HIIT is not just the name, but the action…and action you’ll be in! This class is fast paced and helps you burn fat, build muscle, and really pushes that cardioooo. Of course you work at your own speed, so make sure you lock in on YOU and go at the pace the best suits you. We have no doubt, that you’ll be better than when you started in NO TIME!

Strength Training
This lifting session is where we throw around the HEAVY stuff. While you’ll burn calories, the focus here is making those muscles work under load. In this class we want to build muscle, build strength, and your improve your bodies performance and functionality.
IN PERSON
Yoga Class: (Free to TEAM TRAINING clients)
An inclusive environment, with a focus on learning the fundamentals of alignment and understanding your body from the ground up. We will build strength and flexibility - with a focus to compliment your existing workout routines.
Flexibility or prior experience is not required, I will cue throughout class and help you with safe alignment.
This practice is really about helping you elevate your existing strength and train your body in different ways - especially to help avoid injury. Yoga is one of the best ways to learn about the structure of your body and how to use it to maximize output.
