IN PERSON
Team Training:
$159/4 weeks
Studies have shown that people with a strong support system are less likely to miss sessions and are more likely to stick with their fitness and nutrition plan. Join your friends up to 4 times/week for a variety of workouts. Clients will follow the same plan but the PEAK difference is: we design our Team Training programs based upon the most common muscle imbalances, giving you a science based strength and conditioning program.


IN PERSON
Yoga Class: (Free to TEAM TRAINING clients)
An inclusive environment, with a focus on learning the fundamentals of alignment and understanding your body from the ground up. We will build strength and flexibility - with a focus to compliment your existing workout routines.
Flexibility or prior experience is not required, I will cue throughout class and help you with safe alignment.
This practice is really about helping you elevate your existing strength and train your body in different ways - especially to help avoid injury. Yoga is one of the best ways to learn about the structure of your body and how to use it to maximize output.

Small Group Personal Training: $329/4 weeks
Small Group Personal Training includes all the perks of a 1:1 personal client plus the camaraderie and affordability of working in a small group. You still receive individual attention, accountability, and custom program design, plus it's a great way to spend positive time with friends, family or to meet new friends! Clients will work together 2 days/week on their individual programs. For an additional $100/4 weeks you may also attend up to 3 classes in our team training setting




IN PERSON
Small Group Middle & High School Athlete Training: $329/4 weeks
Customized program including strength & conditioning, speed & agility, individual sport performance and Vertimax. Youth Athletes will work together 2 days/week on their individual programs. Each of these components focuses on activities to help improve your athletes individual sport performance.
The VertiMax is one of the fastest, and most effective ways to improve:
- Speed & Explosive First Step Quickness
- Vertical Jump Performance
- Explosive Kicking Power
- Stability and Balance


IN PERSON
Rehab to Movement:Â $100/ hr
Upon completion of your physical therapy, Peak Performance can offer a safe transition back to your strength and conditioning journey.
